1. Check-in time?
As a rough guide, the check-in time is after 15:00 p.m. Let us know your arrival time in case you schedule and early check in we will do our best to have your room available.
2. Is there free Parking available?
Yes , we offer totally free and protected parking for all our guests + 2 chargers for EVs.
3. Do you offer any kind of massage services?
Yes we do! , just let us know when and we will arrange it for you.
4. Which languages are spoken at Reception?
We speak fluent English , Spanish and German
5. Are all of the rooms the same?
No, we currently have 3 room categories ranging from Junior Suite all the way up to Suite Superior, please see our gallery for reference.
6. Can we book additional extra beds into a Junior Suite?
Yes we can fit one extra bed into all our junior suites as they are all very big.
7. Do you offer lunch too?
For guests that wish to stay the entire day enjoying our boutique hotel we offer delicious customizable sandwiches that can be pre ordered at breakfast time.
8. Are there chargers available for electric vehicles?
Absolutely!, we recently added two of them in a convenient spot in our parking spaces.
9. Can we get champagne and flowers waiting in our room ?
Of course! , if you are celebrating a special occasion please let us know and we will arrange everything needed for the extra surprise factor.
10. How long Is the drive from the airport?
If your flight is landing in Alicante , it will take you about 55min to get to the Finca
